Good buy but hit a snag

The quality is just good. The delivery and shipping time was great. However, I'm not happy with the locking mechanism. I tested out the smallest piece to change the lock code and ended up stuck. I'm still unable to 'change' or even reset the code but thankfully it was empty %26 I was able to use other 2 pieces even without changing lock codes! I just haven't had time to call company for assistance.
