Great for a down-sized kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an empty nester, recommend the mini. Capacity, and power to knead bread were key for me. This mini size manages enough for me, up to two loaves at a time. The power is great for kneading bread reliably and easily. A quality product, and I am really pleased.

Wendy's new toy.
