Love this Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't believe I went most of my life without this mixer! As a bread maker, I have been experimenting with gluten free flours which are very different from wheat flour. This mixer is excellent for that. The flat paddle attachment works well for this. Very sturdy. Other optional accessories are available such as a meat grinder.

Going strong after years of heavy use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Cuisinart stand mixer for at least 7 years now. I cook/bake just about everything my family eats, due to food allergies. This mixer is used almost daily. It still runs like a champ. It still operates quieter than my old KitchenAid professional 6qt ever did. I have only adjusted the attachment shaft height once. My only complaint is that Cuisinart hasn't come out with many accessories. A silicone scraper paddle would be an absolute dream. If you're on the fence about what brand stand mixer you want, go ahead and buy the Cuisinart. It's a workhorse.
