this is one of the few items that I have ordered from Walmart that does exactly what it says and is good in quality and materials. I received the item but the pouch that was to go with it was soiled and stained. I wrote to customer service they responded immediately !! since they could not replace the pouch individually they replace the whole item of the dog nail grinder which was above and beyond what I expected. they stayed in communication with me and let me know when it was arriving. I not only recommend this product but the customer service and the seller were awesome!! do not hesitate to buy from this company. I only wish other companies were as excellent as this one in resolving the customer's issue and doing whatever it takes to make it right. may God bless this company and let it prosper because they are doing things the right way.

My Border Collie is old. It very hard to load her up in my Jeep and take her to the vet to get her nails trimmed. This pet nail grinder is helping me get her nails trimmed up. It's a slow process, but she isn't getting too upset with me when I grind her toenails. The light on the grinder is absolutely amazing. It puts out really good light right where I need it on her nails.
