small space and for a shorter person

I was dissapointed in how short the pad itself is. I feel it should be a little long and wider for taller people. If you are under 5'8" and have a shorter stride it would be perfect It will get the job done, but you have to pay attention to not walk off the end and the belt walks when you try to use the vibration plate. I feel over time it isnt going to hold up well. It is a great purchase for a small space and someone who is older or just starting to walk for health benefits.
