We purchased this item for it's portability. We especially liked the ability to adjust the height. In this we were sorely disappointed. I need to hold on to walk. the height adjustment does NOT stay at the positioned height. This has caused a lot of shoulder pain. It was advertised as "family friendly", even children can use it. We are very disappointed with this product. Thank You

I can highly recommend this walking pad. I have no others to compare it to, but this one works just as it should and I'm very satisfied with it. Having the bar to hold onto helps with balance, and being able to see how many miles I've walked, or how long I've been walking helps me a lot to keep track of my progress.
