I love these earbuds. They are excellent for quiet. Situations or when you need to hear Everything around you. These are not good for loud places. They're excellent for audio books and podcasts decent on music. But they are not like normal earbuds. I love these earbuds. I would recommend them to anyone who needs them. But understand what you are buying. They are not for loud situations and your ears can get sore after a while of using them. I would still give them a 9 out of 10 only because they made my ears a little sore after a while.

Most of the problems get fix when recharge the earbuds, I been drop them hard by accident and they still survive. They have an app (photo) where you can adjust the settings. like: to receive phone calls, one tap on the left earbud, or one tap on the right for the next song, two taps on the right to go back a song, tap and hold to increase the volume. This earbuds goes out of the ear, so in a very high noise environment, like a industrial factory or a place where you need earplugs, just can't use them, sound will be too low for that kind of places. But windblown on a car with windows open, no problem there. When they are not connected to Bluetooth they will flash a lights like a UFO, not visible to you but people in front of you, if you notice surprised people watching you, that could be the reason.
