Terrible customer service. They had me going around in circles asking the same question multiple times by different people, despite my providing them with the information they asked for. After 9 emails and no resolution, I had to contact Walmart. Incredibly frustrating experience.

I always get soundcore earbuds i’ve bought around 5 pairs within the last two years. My latest pair are p25i earbuds which, from my personal experience has a better lifespan than p20i, although being virtually identical. I’ve only bought 2 pairs of p25i and they’ve never got that little malfunction when one earbud is noticeably quieter than the other, however that always seemed to happen with my p20i. The reason i say all of this is because I ordered this p25i here but they gave me a p20i. I’m not complaining too much because they pretty much do the same thing but from my personal preference I would have liked to receive what I ordered. I ordered it as a gift this time so I’ll never really know what will occur with these ones. But overall, awesome company, will always keep buying from them. And some oblivious walmart employee probably couldn’t tell the difference between the boxes so who am I to leave the company a bad review 😂? Just raising awareness so other customers can get the latest, more updated, less buggy item they ordered. Also these earbuds go above and beyond to do everything they advertise and are very convenient and affordable. You can download the app to customize earbud controls but they are definitely NOT waterproof… had to find out the hard way after jumping in the pool with pair 4 and accidentally spraying myself in the face with an industrial dishwashing hose with pair 5 (only lost a little volume that time). they have survived a full bathroom sink and a wet floor though.

I have many Anker products and have always been happy with the value.

Arrived when they said they would, brand new. No issues here.
