Last year during lockdown we had a 10 ft inflatable ring pool nobody spent time in it because it was to cold... husband wanted inflatable hot tub... we have cats one jumped on the pool last year had to patch whatever it cost like 100$ anyway I wasn't spending $ on inflatable Did some research found this all good reviews except that it loses heat quickly in the freezing winter temperatures we live In Vegas ... ordered 3-8 delivery expected 5-14 arrived 4-19 Easy to move (i didn't know but you apparently roll this to move lay down some padding two people ) cover is nice it's a solid tub jets are good, holds temperature, looks good, waterfall not a selling point don't really use, light ok, no power bill yet but per other reviews cheaper to run ( the pool last year didn't affect bill ran 24/7) plenty of room only had 2 in but we are not small folks but sat on same side comfortable husband is 6'2” seats are deep enough I'm 5'5” I have a hard time not floating in the lounge seat, seems repairable motor wise love it Priced right! Little disappointed I cannot use emoji in my review :(

The tub itself is really nice. Lots of well-placed jets, a cool light, I plugged it in and it worked, so no complaints there at all. The cover only fits one-way, because it's not square, so you have to open it on the side where the control panel is. Keep this in mind while installing. It takes about 30 gallons of water to fill so make sure your well pump can keep up with the demand if you're not on city water. The filter is small and easy to remove and the jets fired up the first time I turned it on, so no need for priming it. The shipping was just awful. It took 3 months to get. No communication from them at all. The insulation in the bottom of the tub had holes in it and the side across from the panel was bowed out because it had to sit on its side for God knows how long. It will work 110 or 220, but if you're going to hook it up 120, you'll need to adjust the wires as outlined in the instruction manual. The manual is a copy of a copy of a copy, so the pictures are just black. Completely worthless. The diagrams are okay though. It weighs 350 lbs, and the delivery truck is one guy who only drops it in your driveway. So make sure you have help. The seats are pretty rough plastic, not smooth like a fiberglass tub. This is good and bad. Good to prevent slipping, bad if you prefer minimal clothing against your skin. I think it will just take a little getting used to. But for the price, I'm willing to take that chance.
