the hot tub is awesome! haven't had a zero problem with it. easy to maintain, May recommend a vacuum also available at walmart.com to pick up the sand Etc let me find its way inside. cover fits perfectly Heat works great, and Bubbles are always a plus. just keep an eye on the chemicals

Delighted but……

This hot tub was delivered as promised but the delivery box it came in was ripped up and split down one side, taped up by the delivery service. So we were a bit apprehensive about potential damage to our purchase. We had no problems assembling it and it works great! But the cover doesn’t fit whatsoever, thought maybe it would soften a stretch to fit but it has not. We are buying an after market cover for it for safety and cleanliness.
