Honestly wish we had bought this sooner. We have used this jacuzzi every day since it arrived! Perfect for a date night with the husband and also perfect for the kids. My husband is 6’4 and he can comfortable sit with his legs all the way out and not touching the other side. The temperature usually stays right at 104, and has never dropped below 102. I was impressed with the strength of the bubbles, it really feels like a real jacuzzi! Set up was super easy and we’ve already changed the filters once, and it took less than a minute. My favorite thing about it is that the clips for the cover have locks on them, so you can feel safe if you have young kiddos. Great product and a great price!

Customer service is scammy no one I mean no one will help you if anything goes wrong I contacted so many people including law enforcement because I never got mine I made specific delivery Instructions and they weren’t fallowed I have been fighting for a refund or a replacement for months and they claim they don’t have the power to help me because of the extended time I have wasted waiting for them or to receive help regarding the issue - swept under the rug like I’m not a human being who worked hard for money and had an idea and or vision and I ended up losing more then what I imagined . Horrible experience. Buyers beware
