I have only had this hot tub for a little over a week. Assembly was very easy. The hot tub is perfect for just my husband and myself. I feel like it doesn't get to the temperature it is displaying. I've had other spa's that at 104 degrees it took a moment to adjust to the warmth but with this spa we got right in so I felt like it was lower than displayed. All in all I'm liking it so far

The size is nice, room for 2 to fully stretch out. Wish it was a little deeper. Although the water seems to stay warmer than other brands I have owned, we get a little cold since we are only partially submerged when sitting. Its nice that the pump is enclosed in the tub. The filters are super flimsy and do not have a cover (just a sock-like item over them). Bubbles are standard. Cover is 2 pieces which makes it more work to uncover and recover and impossible to keep clean when it's off the tub. Cover ends up on the ground and insulating "mattress" is wet so it collects dirt no matter where it's put. Price was reasonable and delivery was quick.

Seizeen customer service was great!

After 1 use, we were getting an HL code and the tub would not heat. We ran through the troubleshooting in the manual and nothing changed. We reached out to Seizeen as it still had the manufacturers warranty. They were amazing! Sent a replacement and no need to pack up the current one and send it back. Received the replacement in a couple of days and hoping for better luck with it. I would recommend purchasing the extended warranty though! I will come back and update this review if we experience issues with the new one. 11/23/2025
