The hot tub packaging did not include any directions, so you have to figure out how to assemble it on your own. If you have some experience with putting things together, you should be able to do it. It might take a few attempts, but eventually, you will get everything in the right positions. For my son's Christmas gift, he managed to set it up, fill it, and start heating it by Christmas night. The next day, he was enjoying the warm water and soothing bubbles in the hot tub.

3rd week of use and very satisfied with it overall, stays hot 104°F with just the inflatable insulator, cover works but kind of a pain for one person, jets are ok but could use smaller holes and more of them, pump and filter system works decent but imo could be a higher gpm. Bought for lymphedema treatment in legs and has really been excellent in that regard. I'm 6'1" and I can stretch out completely in it corner to corner.

I have only had this hot tub for a few days but so far it is an amazing deal!!! I have researched many options on the best hot tub and saw this one was on sale and decided to go for it based off of several other good reviews and I'm so glad I did!! It has a self inflating option with a hose included and heated up in about 15 hours to 104°! It has stayed warm and I was a little worried about the pump being built into the side of the hot tub but actually ended up loving it due to it being less bulky and able to fit on more places!! It can fit 4 people comfortably and I love that it is a slightly deeper hot tub! The jets are plenty strong and I love that it comes with a blow up cover and also a top cover that clasps all the way around and locks! Came with 4 filters and I felt the instructions weren't bad at all with putting it together, it came with a cheaper plastic tarp for a mat but I ordered a foam mat and a soft felt mat to go on top of the foam to help with insulating the heat! Helps a lot when kneeling down in the hot tub also since the foam is a cushion! I ordered a separate color changing light as this tub does not have a light built in but for the price I was absolutely sold!! I was so impressed with the size, depth, and quality of this hot tub if you are on the fence I would encourage you to buy it! The packaging was so nice also and all in a nice reusable bag!
