Our old Ab Coaster finally broke after many years so we wanted a replacement. The XtremepowerUS version is a nearly identical copy of the Ab Coaster, right down to the instructions and diagrams printed on the console, and it is nearly half the price. The diagrams in the assembly instructions are illegible copies from somewhere else but assembly is relatively easy and the written instructions for each step should be enough for most people. You will need a real wrench, not the included multi-wrench, to tighten the nylon-insert nuts for the base. Also, make sure the sensor between the rails extends far enough toward the middle to sit below the magnet on the bottom of the carriage or the rep counter won't work. I have used the new exercise machine a few times and it works well, just like my old one. If I work slowly on each lift and return, it does a nice job of tightening my upper abs. Overall it was a good purchase for a decent price.
