easy to assembly and light weight

i highly recommend this to those wanting to start small on glutes and abs and arms. The assembly was easy to understand, there was a metal part for the bolt that was bent but i hammered it down (it all worked out). Overall, I realize I need to work on upper strength as I work on my abs and glutes. I hope I get good strength soon. The arm cushion is nice and soft. The part for the knees is soft too. Bend your knees when doing the arm stretches.

So Far, So Good!

So far so good. The set-up was a little challenging. I found 3 YouTube videos showing the setup, but each one either left something out or did not show the side I needed to see or was assembling the trainer differently than the other video. I'm working on my abs, and have used the hand cords, but would love to find a video showing all that the trainer offers. I'll keep searching, but in the meantime, I'll keep working on my abs and arms.
