Just what I Needed

My 14 year old son put this together for me with ease. I've used this machine consistently for the past four days and I must say that between day 2-3 my abs and stomach was burning so I knew it worked. I did 30 crunches in the morning and evening. The cushions for the knees are very comfortable and the hand cushion grips are just right. It keeps track of how many you did and the calories burned. Definitely worth the money and I caught it on sale!

easy to assembly and light weight

i highly recommend this to those wanting to start small on glutes and abs and arms. The assembly was easy to understand, there was a metal part for the bolt that was bent but i hammered it down (it all worked out). Overall, I realize I need to work on upper strength as I work on my abs and glutes. I hope I get good strength soon. The arm cushion is nice and soft. The part for the knees is soft too. Bend your knees when doing the arm stretches.
