Warranty service great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second A/C unit. The first one the compressior died within 3 months. I followed the simple warranty replacement and got the new unit today and install. It's working great. I was shocked at how fast and easy the warranty redemption process was. Thank you! I now have icy cold air in my bedroom again.
