Perfect fit!

After less than 8 hrs after assembly of the Kozyard swing, we experienced a dramatic summer storm (hail, wind & rain) that ripped the canopy! The replacement came on time and fit perfectly! I only wish they made the canopy with the same material as the swing seat which would be more durable and less likely to fade from the sun. My family loves the cozy swing! It's a perfect accent to our outdoor space!

Took a few calls but excellent service

Needed a canopy frame that got bent and after a few calls Nicole was able to get me the replacement part. We love our Kozyard Brenda swing and it is great to know that parts can be replaced as needed. Thank you Nicole..
