I love my swing! Easy assembly- my daughter did it alone. The cushions are not the thickest- but still comfy. Its very easy to switch from sitting to laying down. I only wish the canopy was slightly wider so that the sun could be blocked more but really overall thats just a minor thing.

This item was difficult to put together. It looks really nice just like the picture. I am mostly pleased with this purchase. It arrived very quickly after I ordered it however, I am missing the two knobs that connect the canopy to the frame on each side. I do not know how to contact customer service to get replacement knobs sent to me. The metal appears to be very high-quality and the pillows and cushions a pair of nice quality if I could have somebody from TLSUNNY reach out to me to get replacement knobs I would be very happy. I would love to get an email or phone number that I can call as the manufacturer name phone number and email. We're not listed on the instruction manual. The QR code for an assembly video was listed on the instruction manual. I wish I would've saw this before I started to put it together. It is definitely a two person job. Looking forward to hearing from customer service from TL Sunny
