Ktaxon WiFi Wnabled 10000BTU 110V 1050W Mechanical Window Air Conditioner,White

Product arrived in a damaged box. Once opened there were a few dents and scratches. Since it took a bit to receive we decided to install it and see if that affected the performance. As of today the air conditioner seems to be running fine. It is a bit noisier than expected but I can't be sure that is the case with a non damaged one.

So far so good. We've had it going for a few days now and it's doing a good job. We don't even have to turn it below 70, and most of the downstairs is comfortable. It's better quality than we expected, because we weren't familiar with this brand beforehand. This unit replaces our 12,000 BTU arctic king, that we loved, and the 14,000 BTU really does make a big difference in air quality. It's like it doesn't have to work as hard to cool the open floored living room, dining room, and kitchen. I recommend it. As a warning, whenever yours gets delivered, try to be home if you can. Our FedEx driver dumped our unit on the far side of the driveway and it was on its side. Thankfully, I was home and got it right side up immediately. Turning your AC on its side, or upside down, is a great way to ruin it.
