ECO mode works great!

Purchased for my son's home. It cools the living room and kitchen of his single-wide trailer (an older rental). The ECO mode works really well, as it does not come on as often, and yet maintains the 72 degree temps. It is spring, and the temps outside are in the upper 70s to upper 80s. I will update this review in the summer heat. My son is a paralyzed veteran, whose life is ran on wheels (of his wheelchair). Having the remote saves him from having to roll around furniture to reach the window. The iPhone/Android APP is also great, as he can control the AC when he is at the VA or away from home. So far he is very pleased, which means his mom is pleased as well!

For some reason, I have had to replace my 12,000 BTU AC unit every 2 years. The first one was good, Second one a little louder but, this one is way quieter than all three previous . And, it stays cooler and runs less. I am extremely pleased with this unit. I hope it lasts more than 2 years. PS, My first one lasted 5years.
