Perfect for What I Needed

I live in an older home and need a curtain that keep the cold from creeping in through the windows. They are lined and so keeps the cold out and helps. I gave it a 4 due to the problem listed below and I didn't want to waste time sending it back plus it's in the bedroom and I normally don't have guests in my bedroom.
