i used the curtains as blinds for enclosed catio, so cat (and i sometimes) could sit outside during the day for a little longer. they are solid enough to provide shade but thin enough to allow breeze / wind and i could see people walking by

Great little window curtains

I already own one of these sets in a different pattern, they are light, trendy, and easy to put up on a small to medium kitchen window. Mind your measurements so you choose the right size you need. My window is a bit small for this 3 piece set LOL but my pic is an example of the lighting that comes through.
