I like that it is very compact, rechargeable (no need to spend money on batteries) and the charge lasts quite a long time. I have a cat and there is always fluff around the place so this vacuum is very convenient for that purpose. It has good vacuum power and it is not terribly loud. This is perfect for what I needed - an easy, lightweight way to vacuum the wooden stairs in my house. I have 2 dogs and lots of dark wood stairs that really show dust, dirt %26 dog hair and I needed a lightweight way to quickly clean without having to haul out the big vacuum cleaner. This is perfect! It charges in it's stand so is always ready to go when I need it - is also easy to clean the filter. The wand attachment is perfect for getting in the corner of the stairs. Also, the price was less than many of the other name brands like Dyson or Black %26 Decker.
