I love this device and we've named her Lucy

My family is constantly going in and out of the house and getting the floor so dirty that it's hard to keep up with the mess. I Love Lucy, she is a great addition to our family. :-) I wouldn't say it's a deep cleaner but she can get on our fireplace, carpets by doors, and cleans up cat liter and hair and lots of dust even. If you run her every day, she keeps the whole floor clean and I really love her ability to get under things. I do manually vacuum myself once in a while to get places she doesn't as well but only maybe every two weeks now which is nice. You do have to clean the hair that gets stuck in the roller and some other parts once in a while and I empty the dirt about every 3-4 days but it's minimal maintenance. I've had her for a little under a year and just purchased one for my elderly parents. They will love it!

This thing was quite effective for us over the last year. 3 humans, 2 dogs, and 1 cat on hardwood floors means a lot of rolling hair balls build up quickly. We really started seeing a difference when we accidentally set the to run on a daily timer, just cleaning it out every other day or so.This was working wonderfully UNTIL the machine started getting VERY loud about 11 months into owning it. Like, wake you up several rooms away loud. I contacted customer service and I can't believe how helpful and communicative they were. We double-checked that I was cleaning everything out properly (I was), so they offered to send me a new brush guard and brush roller. A couple of contact points on these parts were simply worn out. All fixed! I'm really happy to have my back up and running. Very impressed by how personable and on top of it their customer service was.

Rove does the job!

Initial setup was easy. unit mapped out entire house and systematically cleaned all areas. Great app to choose areas of house to clean. I bought a shark ezclean for another house. the shark and rove were both christmas presents. the Rove totally outperforms the Shark(would redo the same room and use up the battery) and Rove had a much better programmable app and longer battery life. the rove also was 100$ less (didnt have the auto empty bin) thats ok with me, id rather have the rove with lidar mapping and ALL areas of house get cleaned.
