A Great Purchase!

I was reading other reviews about this and they weren't favorable by some. But those were by others who were not verified purchasers. I'm SO glad I bought this: it has turned out to be one fine piece of furniture! I'm 70, so it took me a "minute" to put it together. When the box arrived, nothing was broken and no parts were missing. I've put furniture together before and this was very easy to do. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I bought this March 4th, this month and it arrived on Friday 12th. I'm in the process of making a cover for the mattress so it will match the Paris theme in my living room. There is plenty of storage space beneath it to put baskets to hold extra pillows and blankets, and other stuff. Everything about the frame fit perfectly together. So........all I can say to others is: don't listen to un-verified posters. If you like something, get it. And always use the credit card of your choice, because IF you should have a problem with anything you buy, your credit card company will work with you faster than anyone else will, and they have the power to return your money. Just an FYI to be of further help. Oh, and I tried to load further pictures so you could see the sturdy slats under the mattress but Walmart only allows so many: tried to post the most useful. This turned out to be a wonderful experience, and I'm also posting a positive review to the company's own website. And the price was fine ($199 free shipping) compared to the far more expensive daybeds I looked at. Yes! ((arm-pump)).......

Great product

Super easy to put together! It was a shame that my dog chewed on the wood two days after I got it. But it is really cute and sturdy! If you are looking for something to "hide" a mattress, when you have a mattress on this it absolutely looks like a day bed. My intent was to place this in my living room as a "couch" but it totally looks like a day bed. So it is going in the spare bedroom as a "daybed".
