Only have to download an app and follow step by step register your back in business You don't have to change or charge this wristwatch watch the battery will last 2 years or more. It will show your heartbeat or the time you slept all your blood pressure but it will count the steps you have done during the day a week a month a year I'm highly satisfied with my purchase!

Absolute steal for what this watch packs. Bluetooth sync so your time is always accurate plus a step counter. It's the bare minimum before you start to creep into the dumb world of smart watches. If you're already a classic Casio fan, this is just the perfect step up. If you're used to a smart watch, this is the perfect way to disconnect from the constant notification of every gadget. 10/10 for me. And if you catch it on sale, it might be worth getting multiples. I have over 40 Casio watches and I still reach for this one the most. The small achievements/badges you can get on the Casio app is enough to get you excited to get your steps in, but it wont beat you over the head because you only see it when you want to— When you open the app.
