Casio Men's Stainless Steel Band Wristwatch, Silver & Black

My husband has been wearing this model since it came out over 20 some odd years due to constant use and damage I've had to replace it. I don't know what I'd do if they discontinued this model. Also the price point has barely changed great value for the money.

I picked up my watch today and it's gorgeous. If you're buying this watch you probably think it is too. It has the EL backlight which is far superior to the LEDs they're switching to. It's a shame really. In one of my photos you can clearly see the EL even in moderate lighting. In the dark, you can't miss it. I love the EL. Casio will be discontinuing the production of EL watches and making the switch to LEDs. Because this came in such great shape I'll probably keep it in its package and see what happens around Christmas. They say it's a fairly bulky case, but its size is comparable to the w217, which is a favored watch in my collection. I have small wrists and I think the size of the a168 is just fine.
