I was so surprised how small the box was and a bit confused with the description of the Furinno turn and tube 3 shelf since you actually have 4 shelves which is awesome and the bonus was that my children got the chance to put it together ages 3 & 5, that's how simple to assemble. The Furinno shelf have a brand new smell mixed with wood pressing smell but it goes away after two days. The veneer on the shelves are well put, no part looks lifted and also has a shiny look to it. In the picture you can see 4 shelves and the bottom 3 shelves have a clearance of 11 1/2 and 1 foot from front to back and about 1 ft 3 inches from side to side. Great to put pictures and plants but also kid shoe rack. Love it.
