Lightweight, Breathable, Grippy, and Amazing!
Love these! My hardwoods are soooo slippery, and these socks are a life saver. I workout at home a lot. When I take my sneakers off, I slide all over the floor (and almost wipe out at times). The grippers are plentiful and strong. Yes, I can feel the grippers, but that doesn't bother me. They are also a great, lightweight breathable fabric. I wear a 7.5 sneaker, and theses fit perfectly. I bet they would be amazing for yoga.

Safety first for me
I am elderly and the socks have a good grip on bare floors. Seem to be well made and like the elastic band around the arch to ensure the socks do not slip off. However, the socks do run small, and the details show fits shoe sizes 5-9. I wear size seven shoes, and the socks are snug in the toe area with no room to spare. For exercise purposes maybe socks are supposed to be snug, but these socks will probably not fit a woman who wears shoe sizes 8 and 9. Overall, I do recommend these socks for safety reasons.
