Great curl bar! Easy curl, reverse curl, French tricep press, center hand grip can be used as a farmer carry. The ends have groves to keep the weights from slipping off the end of the bar vs the chrome ends. Inner and outer barrings allows a smooth spin. Great price, look and quality. Best part is I shop for the best quality and deal and this one is better than what you could buy at Amazon for twice the price. With tax I paid $52.
