I received this as a gift and I had my doubts because I had used a steamer the weekend before that did not work well. This steamer has exceeded my expectations! It work quickly, and quietly. Usually a pass or two and my shirts are wrinkle free. The attachments are helpful and the cord is nice and long. The only thing that's a bit confusing is the clip on top for creases. Otherwise amazing product.
