I was undecided between many small patio sets. This one blew my expectations. Packaging was very well put together, all pieces came perfectly. It is true, DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY SO THAT YOU HAVE WIGGLE ROOM TO TIGHTEN ALL. Overall, great purchase. Very comfortable and It look very good in my patio.

Good value but careful assembly

All-in-all, this set is a good bargain -- sturdy, well-made and well-priced. One word to the wise: when assembling, leave all bolts as loose as you can until you've gotten them all initially screwed in. The holes and all the threaded inserts do align, but not with great precision, which means everything needs to be connected first and then tightened down gradually. Once the bolts are tight, the frame's pieces are under tension, which makes the whole thing strong. Another tip: assembly is twice as fast if you substitute a ratchet wrench (with an hex tip) for the Allen wrench the comes with the kit.
