LUXMOD Relax Lounge Manual Recliner Red Fabric

This is NOT a LUXMOD Relax Lounge Manual Recliner Red Fabric. It is a Ebern Designs Antwanette Upholstered Power Recliner or Latitude Run 38" Velvet Power Standard Recliner from Wayfair. When they arrived, I called customer service to find out what happened. I wasn't sure if the picture was changed because it was different, however it still says LUXMOND Manual Recliner today. Costumes service kept offering me other recliners, nothing like I was requesting. I would explain again and again what I was looking for and again offering me nothing that I was looking for. I questioned why the website still has it posted completely wrong. No answer, and today it is still not listed correctly. They asked me about sending it back and getting a refund. My challenge with that was, my elderly parents were arriving in 2 days and I needed the recliners for them. They wanted the manual incase it stopped working for what ever reason, they could get out of the recliner. So I decided I would need to keep them. However, and this is important, I explained that the same recliners were on the Wayfair website for $98 cheaper per chair. Since they were shipped from Wayfair, I could have gotten them cheaper to go direct. I asked if there was anything that could be done. I was told I could return them and get a refund. I also explained they were sent special delivery because of the size and weight and they told me I could make arrangements to have them picked up. So I realized that customer service was going to do nothing to fix their mistake and my 90 year old father and 84 year old mother need a place to sit when they arrived. The recliners are a little big for the space they were going, but we made it work. I am a long time customer of Walmart and will probably continue to be, but, if there is a mistake made in your order, make sure you reach out to customer service. If you don't ask for help you won't get it. And even if you reach out, it doesn't always work out. Side note, my parents are enjoying having a recliner to sit...and sleep on.
