Both of my children receive this alarm clock as a back to school gift so everyone can get reacclimated to their yearly routines. Both are happy with the appearance and the alarm is effective. The only drawback is it's very bright at night so we turn it against the wall when sleeping

Super cute, super colorful, and so easy to use. it's small but for alarm clock that's fine. Takes 3 AAA batteries for backup. Comes with power cord, usb plug and instructions (descriptive and easy to understand). Buttons on top and back are easy to use. I think the body of the alarm clock is a bit delicate so be sure to place it in a location where it won't be accidentally knocked over. Love the available color combinations for the alarm clock numbers and night light. I also love the available volume level choices.
