Good Clock, Horrid Shipping Experience

It's a good clock but I literally found it thrown along the side of the road about a block away from my house delivered by some guy who couldn't speak English nor understand directions which cause him to not be able to deliver it correctly. I know this because it's what customer service told me when defending the third party drivers actions. Why not just hire Americans who will do a good job delivering packages from your store?!

exactly what we needed

Mother In Law loved!! Simple to set up, and she especially liked the CooCoo clock chime option,she set only chime during daylight hours. It has a fade option so it doesn't blind you in the dark. Several alarms can be set, birthday notifications, etc. Large font. We bought mainly for it's DAY OF THE WEEK and date functions. So she'd know what day and time it is without her phone, which ia option MIA. Wish it displayed the weather, but overall great choice for us.
