After getting bracket for outside unit and ac gauges and vacuum. Install was pretty easy. Gotta vacuum the lines down to get air and moisture out b4 turning freon on. Inside and outside units are quiet. Window units are 50X louder than this mini split. It's cold in my living room and it set on 67. So far im happy with it and b4 next summer im gonna buy one for bedrooms. Haven't tried heater yet but will soon when it starts to get cooler

i installed the unit 12k btu 115v last week, took about 4hrs. whisper quiet, peaks about 13A to turn on completely then runs around 6A runtime. Once it cools down the room only uses 1 -2 amps. Great little unit so far. i haven't tested in real extreme heat yet. it was 80F, pulled room down to 62F in about 30 min. You will need to supply your own mounting bolts, allen key, and of course vacuum pump and guage set. run Vacuum pump for about 40 min to pull out the moisture in the lines. i haven't tried the Wifi yet. Great buy. i suggest it.
