Great foam roller!
I love this foam roller! It's nice and firm, which helps to get all of the sore muscles worked out. Works well! Only downside is it's a little large, which makes traveling with it more difficult!

Great Roller, Textured MediumFirmness
It's an awesome roller, the different textures sooth and loosen your neck, spine, hips and thighs in a more effective way than a smooth roller, in my opinion. The medium density foam has just enough “ give” to be comfortable, yet still be therapeutic. I highly recommended the 321 medium density foam roller for Myofasicial Self Release and Deep Tissue Massage

Rollin in the bones...
I have a bad back so I do know what discomfort is all about. I use this roller while laying on the floor... center your shoulders over the roller lift your back off the floor with your legs and roll your body over the roller slowly you will hear you're back popping in relief. Perfect item for when you need to adjust your back and you're all alone I do wish the roller was a little longer
