Maybelline New York Hyper Precise All Day Eyeliner 730 Jungle

I normally buy another brand of felt-tipped eyeliner and have been using that for years, so I know what a good product is. I thought I would give this one a try as some other Maybelline products I've used are good. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't know how this got past the testing phase. It is watery, with almost non-existent colour, and practically doesn't apply at all. I've given it a really good go - I've tried shaking it to mix, leaving it tip-down overnight etc.. trying it on several occasions and in different weather, but all with the same result. Nothing on my lids and I've naturally gone back to my other brand, which I thankfully still had on hand.
