The packaging %26 presentation of a product is a big deal to me.. Even after opening it,, all the included materials,, and attention to detail blew me away. Simple to use? Its like a pocket knife, pull out the metal probe %26 it turns on a very sizable easy to read instant temp digital screen,,%26 lights up at the push of a button if needed. And the price is so far below other lessor products! Get 1,, get 2..lol. No I'm NOT a paid spokesman for them!

I had to replace a broken thermometer. Found this one with the probe at great price. It's better than the one I had to replace. Well made, Accurate temp, easy reading and easy to use. The magnetic back is a plus also. First time using I cooked a boneless leg of lamb. Used the probe, perfect roast!
