so details ... The measurements given under product details are the actual width and length, with the elastic soooo this runs about one size too large. So look at the measurements and then order one size lower. Qnd just FYI I am a solid 5'3" and the length came to just above my ankle. The fabric seemed like a quality fabric and well sewn. it was a light weight, so if you're buying it to keep warm, plan to wear leggings underneath.

The material is thin, stiff, and feels rough, reminds me of a dried out marker. It's stiff so doesn't lay on hips well. The length fits just below my knee. The buttons are buttons they look fine but this definitely should've been a cheaper skirt. I purchased two and was not happy with the material on either them. I was so excited for them but as soon as I opened it, I saw how stiff it was immediately.
