This is a well made skirt. It fits true to size, except on me in the waist area. In Time and Tru I am an XS but in this I needed a S. The waist is definitely quite snug on me (I have a mom belly and a short torso and would wear this with untucked tops, to hide the waist area and also to camouflage my short waistedness) so size up if you're thicker or just built more squarely through your midsection. There is a side zipper for the waist closure. The skirt has no pockets. The material is thin (but not see through), it's more of a summer weight fabric than a winter weight one.
