Unreturnable despite what website says.

The item that was shipped looks nothing like the website picture. It looks like they took a picture of what linen should look like and blew it up 100 X and printed the image on a completely different type of fabric . The Item was supposed to be returnable. Returned to the store a couple weeks ago only to come home today to find it back at my doorstep with note saying it was unreturnable. very disappointed because I do not think I'll get my money back and I wasted time driving to the store just to return it. On website it specifically said it was returnable. I don't buy things that I can't return since they don't always look like they should as in this case very frustrating. Do not buy.
