Poor Communication on Cancellation Request

I thought the coasters were priced okay, but I was VERY much disappointed that the item was not part of the free shipping program. After adding them to my order, I still got charged $5.00 even though my order was over $35.00. So I paid $5.00 to get coasters that cost $5.97. I moved the items to check out and officially do so. I wanted to remove the coasters once I saw the shipping costs and select something else. I laid my phone face down, but the order was processed anyway. Two hours later, when I went back to my phone, I realized the order did process. My phone is sensitive, so I can see how this could have happened. I tried to cancel the order. Walmart said they would get back to me but never did. I was unhappy that they still went forward with the order with no further response. The lack of communication makes me not want to order anything else.
