the actual product is nice, but the seller...i won't be back

I bought this for a gift for my husband for our anniversary. This was sold as a "new watch"...the box came, unsealed and part of the box had been cut out by a blade to remove something...which made the box appear to be used...the warranty booklet is missing as well..the watch is nice and doesn't appear to be used but the lack of nice new packaging turns me off...i would not recommend this seller due to this...a new item comes with everything and has no blade cut outs in the box and the box should be sealed...didn't want to spend money to send it back so i'm giving it as it is..but i'm not happy with Jacob time.. Please understand the watch is wonderful....i would not recommend this seller .....that is my only issue
