Watch is nice, packaging not

The item itself looks really nice, however it arrived in pieces, the box it comes in was broken apart and the watch itself was just rolling around in the shipping box. Thankfully it wasn't damaged and we had a custom watch box made for the watch so the destroyed Citizen box it came in wasn't needed. Had the watch been given in the box it came in, I would have had no choice than to return it as the gift box was in pieces.
