I used the old single band product for 30 years, and I like the options this new version has to offer. I can still use my life line curling bar if I use a single band in this new design. With the exception of the black 100# band they are easy to change.

I ordered the complete set of 10 that replace the set I ordered about 18 years ago. Only 2 cables broke in that time span, the other 8 were still mostly sound but stretched out somewhat. Been using them once a week steady, rotating 3 sets of 9-10 exercises following shoulder surgery in 2006. They have helped me avoid shoulder replacement and neutralize osteoarthritis. At 65 yrs I am able to perform any task with issues. The cables are more effective than weight training, along with other disciplines.
