These dishes were excellent quality for a very affordable price. Unfortunately the shade of gray was too light, so didn't work out. The photo shows a deeper shade of taupe/gray than the actual dishes.

The color is exactly what you see in the picture. Love the color. The bowls are pretty deep not shallow like some of the bowls you see out there. The plates are perfect they have a little bit of an edge up around them. Would definitely recommend this plate set
