Interesting kitchen gadget. I read the reviews before I ordered it. Most were pretty positive. There are two clips at each end that attach this to the pot you're wanting to empty the liquid from. I found it imperative to ensure the edge meeting the pot rim is pushed tightly together. If you don't, liquid will seep past and drip down the side of the pot. But when you master that step this thing works like a charm! A great idea. Keeps your food in just one pot. No more strainers, colanders, etc. Two thumbs up.
