I got them for this Halloween but I also have them for other outgoing purposes since plastic sunglasses are a glitchtronic fashion that will very likely go out by 2030 and earliest 2027. These sunglasses were late 20th century Ray Bans if you will but they are also called Agent Shades or Matrix glasses thanks to Agent Smith popularizing them including rivethead subculture in the early 2000s. Bouncers wear them at clubs, they are also called golfing sunglasses and I suspect they also took off in gaming culture after the release of the first Deus Ex. By some they are called 80s and 90s military sunglasses meaning men and women in camo wore them on the tour of service but again simply put they were the new Ray Bans even in a time of bug eyed or oversized sunglasses in Hollywood. Many think of these sunglasses as pitch black slicked back hair with a head shaved everywhere else with lip piercings, a trench coat, grey muscle shirt, camo pants and military stomping boots which is only one image. Others exist like Tiger Woods or the muscley, tuxedo bound guy holding out a list and asking the person in line's name before allowing them in the building (again bouncer) but that's only a few of the purposes I got these shades. My purpose is that these were part of my teenaged years largely because of the Matrix movies and then the Underworld films that followed after.
