we have owned upright air conditioners before. this one does not constantly run the air conditioner, very poor performance. my living room is 18x 14 and cant even come close to keeping it manageable for cooling. our old a/c was 8000 btu and out performs this unit easily. I actually feel i got ripped off and the specifications and info about its performance seem to be very misleading.
